What to Avoid
no gluten, no grains, no legumes, no beans, no fruit
no processed meats, no high mercury fish such as tuna.
no refined vegetable oils
no processed foods
no artificial sweeteners
no natural sweeteners such as honey
no soft drinks, no coffee, no alcohol
What to Eat
Vegetables of all kinds – raw, steamed, sauteed
Grass fed meat – bison, beef, elk, lamb, ostrich, venison
Pasture raised eggs
Tempeh and Tofu
Fatty Fish – herring, mackerel, perch, sardines, scallops, wild salmon
Nuts and Seeds
What to Drink
Water, water with lemon or lime, green tea, herbal tea.
Take a multivitamin, fish oil, vitamin D, magnesium, chromium, zinc
As well as following this healthy plan you can rewire your mind with hypnotherapy. Give yourself positive affirmations each day.
