How To Heal

If you are in pain which can be either physical or mental there are some practical steps you can take to improve your health.

  1. Eat fruit
  2. Eat leafy greens
  3. Eat lots of vegetables
  4. Drink lots of water
  5. Get some sunshine on your skin
  6. Sleep
  7. Activate your creativity
  8. Find Your purpose
  9. Have faith
  10. Pray
  11. Create a support system
  12. Love
  13. Develop compassion
  14. Use affirmations
  15. Laugh
  16. Play
  17. Move your body
  18. Embrace Freedom
