If you have been following along with my blogs you should now know the root cause of your anxiety. You can heal from it by rewiring your mind to think positive thoughts. The mind learns through repetition. Repeat affirmations each day:

I am calm.

I am safe.

All is well.

The universe is supporting me.

I matter.

I belong.

I am significant.

The universe has a plan for me.
