Weight Loss Using a Wholefoods Plant Based Diet

Recently I have been listening to the Food Revolution Summit. There was lots of interesting information, backed by science, about the benefits of a whole foods plant based diet.

Eating whole grains and a range of fruit, vegetables and pulses is the way to heal your body and the path to permanent weight loss.

I have lost 6 kg with this approach. I have been following an ayurvedic path where I cook the vegetables with healing Indian spices. This is a very healthy and nutritious way to eat.

Foods to avoid are any processed foods, oil, flour and sugar.
