Meditation For Compassion

Compassion is a key idea in Buddhism. In these troubled times we all need loving kindness in our lives. It is important to give compassion to others, even those people we don’t like. In fact, it is important in particular for those we don’t like.

Spending time in thoughts of loving kindness can help you, help others and help the world.

Below is a guided meditation for you to try. Just find a comfortable seated position and off you go.
